  2. 02Cause foundConcrete had entered or hardened inside the sewer and wastewater line, creating a major blockage.
  3. 03Work completedAttended the property, inspected and exposed the pipework involved, used drain equipment to check flow, helped identify concrete as the cause, coordinated with Sydney Water, arranged workers and excavator support, made repeat visits while the larger repair was being organised, and helped install or prepare replacement PVC pipework and fittings around the access area.
  4. 04OutcomeThe concrete-related sewer blockage was escalated to Sydney Water, the work area was opened and managed, and temporary flow checks were completed while the larger repair was arranged.
